This is a Wassily Lounge Chair, Model B3, originally designed by Marcel Breuer in 1925. These particular examples date back to the 1960s. Their design features rare 100% linen upholstery and a chromed-steel frame that is tubular in nature, emblematic of Breuer’s best-known works.
The listed price includes one chair and there are two available to purchase.
Each chair measures 27 inches deep, 31 inches wide, and 28.75 inches high with a seat height of 16.5 inches. The upholstery does show wear consistent with age and use including some slight discoloration. Minor scuffs and scratches can be seen on the frame. Overall, these chairs are in good vintage condition with signs of wear apparent. Please see photos.
