Malone Telos XL Load Assist

Loading a kayak onto a roof rack solo without help, a ladder, or the risk of scratching your vehicle is one of those problems that the Telos XL was genuinely designed to solve.

The Malone Telos XL is a lift assist system that temporarily attaches to compatible J-style and V-style carriers, providing a vertical ratcheting guide that lets you raise a kayak from ground level up into loading position safely and without contact with the vehicle's sheet metal. Self-locking vertical ratchets hold the boat securely at each stage of the lift, and the adjustable bottom extensions with pivoting feet keep the base stable and clear of door panels and body work on uneven ground. Fully padded steel cradles protect the hull throughout the loading process.

The quick-release detachment system lets you pull the Telos XL off one side of the vehicle, load the first kayak, then reattach on the other side for the second boat, or store it in the trunk for unloading at the destination.
