We designed a new system where the mounting points are cut right into the perimeter of the bracket. This allows us to cut the mounting points every inch so you always have a mounting point right where you need it. These brackets were designed specifically for building floating shelves out of standard lumber that is readily available and inexpensive. The 1 inch tall backplate is perfect for shelves 1 1/2 inch thick such as 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10 and 2x12. Holds 45 lbs per stud they are attached to.
