Stock length automatic door bottoms can be trimmed to fit specific door sizes, however, maximum cut should not be closer than 1-1/2" close from set screw. The set screw is located at the opposite (non-plunger) end, recessed into the extrusion about 4inch in from that end. This means that the 36-inch ADB can be shortened to a minimum length of 33-1/2 inches (850 mm) after cutting.
