It comes in a self-contained applicator kit that eliminates the need for measuring before mixing. All you have to do is pump to mix the material, inject the pre-measured amount, replace the plug and the fitting is sealed. The Chico Speed Seal compound expands after injection to tightly fill the entire fitting, automatically separating the conductors.
